Founded in 1999, the company was formerly known as Shundao Aluminum Industry and rebranded as Jinda Shipping in 2020. As a subsidiary of Shundao Group, it has a registered capital of 19.99 million RMB. We are a modern shipbuilder focusing on the design, research and development, production and sales of high-performance aluminum alloy yachts, alongside personalized services including private customization.

Longkou Jinda Shipping Co., LTD covers an area of approximately 46,000 square meters, including 20,000 square meters of standard workshops dedicated to aluminum shipbuilding and yacht production. Our team consists of over 180 skilled employees, including 6 CE-certified international welding engineers, 26 CCS-certified welders, more than 50 professional welders, 15 sheet metal specialists, and 20 riveters. In addition, we have an 8-person professional design team and a 6-person sales team, integrating R&D, production, and sales to provide high-quality, customized aluminum vessels, yachts, and workboats for commercial, law enforcement, and recreational markets.

The company also possesses 2 imported German IPG laser cutting machines, 1 American Hypertherm plasma cutting machine, 3 CNC bending machines, 3D CNC drilling machines, multi-functional punching machines, CNC milling machines, CNC grinding machines, automatic plate rolling machines, hydraulic leveling machines, 20 Finnish KEMPPI aluminum welding machines, 10 Austrian Fronius aluminum welding machines, as well as laser welding machines, dust removal equipment and other specialized production equipment totaling over 30 sets.
Production Market
Since its establishment, the company has produced 17 large American-style 1800GT trawl tuna fishing vessels with aluminum superstructures; constructed 2 aluminum twin-hull 19-meter operation vessels, 5 aluminum law enforcement boats and official boats; and also over 300 various types of yachts such as aluminum workboats, waterborne cabins, unmanned boats, high-speed boats, etc. In addition, the company also produces lightweight energy-saving aluminum vessels and yachts (below 50 meters), border patrol and law enforcement boats, twin-hull ships, assault boats, target ships, and manufactures and modifies them.
