Packaging

Bottom support, custom galvanized steel frame base, thickened pearl cotton is pasted on the collision-prone areas of the ship's hull, high-density foam is filled between the hull and the steel frame to eliminate gaps; drying agents are placed inside the hull, and a thick PE shrink film is wrapped around the whole; high-strength packing straps are wound, anti-collision guard corners are installed at the four corners to prevent inner wall scratches.

Transportation

Container shipping: Full ship transportation (without disassembly), the hull is fixed on the dedicated steel frame, secured with a combination of lock and binding straps.
Flatbed truck land transportation (domestic transportation): The steel frame base is fixed with U-shaped bolts provided by the flatbed trailer, and the hull is assisted in fixation by hydraulic jacks on both sides.

Main engine, auxiliary engine and other purchased equipment: Follow the original factory warranty regulations

3.Warranty Scope:
During the warranty period, if the fault is caused by product manufacturing quality issues, free repair and replacement of damaged parts will be provided.
Not covered by warranty:
Faults caused by user's failure to operate in accordance with the operation manual
Damage caused by user's own welding, modification or repair
Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents and other force majeure

4.Service Application Process:
Customer Application: Customers submit service applications through phone, email, online customer service, etc.
Information Recording: Customer service staff record customer information, ship information and fault phenomena in detail.
Preliminary Evaluation: Technicians conduct a preliminary evaluation of the fault to determine the solution.
Solution Confirmation: Explain the solution, cost budget and estimated time to the customer.
Service Execution: Execute the service according to the confirmed solution.
Acceptance and Delivery: After the service is completed, the customer accepts and signs for confirmation.
Post-service Follow-up: Conduct a customer follow-up within 3 days after the service to understand the satisfaction with the service.

5. After-sales Service Charge Standard
During the warranty period:
Maintenance due to product quality issues: Free
Maintenance due to non-quality issues: Only charge for material costs and travel expenses
Faults of customized equipment: Follow the original factory standards, we do not charge coordination service fees
After the warranty period:
Domestic: 800-1200 yuan per person per day;
International: 150-250 US dollars per person per day
Travel expenses: reimbursed as actual expenses
Material costs: actual cost plus 10%-15% management fee
Door-to-door service fee: Charged according to the distance, domestic 500-2000 yuan per time, international to be negotiated separately.
