Everything on board is specified around that brief. Navigation, communications, safety, galley and berthing systems are all rated for unattended open-water passages, and the interior is laid so a small crew can live and work aboard for several days without turning the trip into a slog.
How It Works
The design centers on three things an offshore crew actually needs once they are out of sight of land.
- Seakeeping first. A deep-V hull form sheds head seas rather than slamming into them, so the boat stays dry and predictable in a steep ocean swell. The welded aluminum structure is stiff enough to take repeated impact season after season, without the gelcoat cracking and core blistering that cut short the working life of fiberglass boats running in rough water.
- Range that reaches the reef. A generous fuel installation lets the boat make distant fishing grounds that smaller near-shore launches cannot, and come home without a refueling stop. Lightweight aluminum also means less engine load, which stretches that tank further across a long day on the water.
- A working aft deck, not a leisure platform. The stern is laid out around serious angling: rod storage racks, a fish-cleaning station, insulated ice storage and a dedicated lifting point for hauling catch and dive gear. Below, the cabin holds berths, a compact galley and a head - enough for a multiday trip without feeling cramped.

Applications
This platform adapts to a wide range of blue-water uses:
- Multiday sport-fishing charters and private offshore angling trips
- Offshore fishing tournaments and competitive event support
- Island-hopping tourism and reef day-trip operations
- Corporate hospitality and executive business reception at sea
- Private long-range cruising and coastal exploration

After production, every hull goes through a watertightness trial and a full load test before crating. The finished vessel is wrapped in protective film, all exposed fittings are corrosion-protected, cabin fixtures are secured, fuel and water systems are drained and sealed, and batteries are isolated - then the whole unit is loaded into a container or on a flatrack for ocean freight to the destination port.
Packaging & International Transportation
Packaging Details
Ship body protection + multiple fixations. The ship body undergoes surface protection (the entire ship is sprayed with PE protective film, and then wooden guardrails are used for reinforcement), structural protection (all welding joints and flange interfaces are coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped with waterproof tapes), and internal protection (all furniture and equipment inside the cabin are wrapped and fixed with bubble film; the drainage system and fuel system are emptied and sealed; the batteries are disconnected and individually insulated and packaged). It is fixed using steel supports or custom trailer frames to ensure safety during international transportation.

Transportation
Depending on the vessel size and port of destination requirements, transportation options include container shipping or flatrack shipping.
Prior to shipment, the vessel will complete final inspection, equipment securing, and export preparations to ensure the product arrives safely at the destination port.
