Packaging & International Transportation
Packaging
The hull shell is fully covered with PE static protection film. The outer layer is wrapped with thick stretch film and bubble wrap for complete enclosure. GPS antennas, radars and other protruding parts are separately placed in IP67 wooden fumigation boxes. The outboard engine is disassembled and placed in the fumigation wooden box. The diesel engine inside the cabin is only disassembled to expose the pipeline interfaces, while the main body is retained. Sealing glue is applied to the cabin door, window, and inspection port. Chloride calcium dryers are placed in batches in the engine room, electrical compartment, and storage compartment. The batteries are removed and stored separately in wooden boxes for moisture-proofing.
Transportation
The entire ship is not disassembled. It is transported by bulk cargo ships, fixed on the deck, and delivered to the piece cargo dedicated wharf by land transport trailer.

Each batch of 5083 marine-grade aluminum alloy hull material comes with official mill test certificates and material inspection reports. All welding procedures, weld tensile strength and hull watertight performance have passed third-party professional testing. The vessel has obtained official factory inspection approval issued by China Classification Society (CCS), with complete ship inspection blueprints, test reports and factory certificates of conformity available for client review.
All lifesaving, firefighting, navigation and communication equipment installed on board complies with international maritime safety standards, accompanied by complete equipment certification documents. Our shipyard holds valid ISO9001 quality management system certification, implementing standardized quality control covering raw material cutting, precision welding, outfitting installation and final sea trial inspection for every finished work boat.
